How We Work Together

The process is straightforward. From the moment you reach out to the moment your site goes live.

01 Discovery

We start with a short call, message, or email about the type of site, must-have features, timeline, and budget range.

02 Proposal

Based on the discovery conversation, you'll receive a proposal that outlines the service, features, timeline and a quote.

03 Build

Once the proposal is approved, work begins with a wireframe, followed by the design and finally the build.

04 Review

Each proposal specifies how many rounds of revisions are included. Additional rounds are billed separately.

05 Handover

Once you approve the final version, the site is deployed live and all source files and access credentials are handed over.

06 Support

Every proposal includes a specific period for support after launch. Ongoing support beyond that is available on request.
